KMCT Medical College Hospital is accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH), including NABH accreditation for its Emergency Department, ensuring high standards of patient safety, quality care, and clinical excellence. KMCT Ayurveda Medical College Hospital is also NABH accredited. KMCT National College of Pharmacy, KMCT College of Pharmacy and KMCT Arts & Science College are recognized under Section 2(f) of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Act, 1956, signifying its recognition within the framework of higher education in India and its commitment to maintaining established academic standards.

KMCT Medical College holds approval from the National Medical Commission (NMC) for its undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MD/MS) programmes, ensuring compliance with national standards for medical education and training.

KMCT’s pharmacy programmes are approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), ensuring that the institution follows prescribed standards for pharmacy education, infrastructure, academic curriculum, and professional training.
